Office & House Cleaning

Rates indicated are per hour per cleaner.

Basic Cleaning

RM 30

  • Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping of all floor areas
  • Dusting and wiping furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
  • Cleaning and sanitizing washrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors)
  • Cleaning kitchen or pantry areas (countertops, sinks, and exterior of appliances)
  • Cleaning glass and mirror surfaces
  • Emptying waste bins and replacing liners
  • Arranging furniture and ensuring overall tidiness

Deep Cleaning

RM 35

  • Disinfection of high-touch surfaces such as door handles, switches, and railings
  • Detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and tiles
  • Dusting and polishing of ceilings, walls, vents, and furniture
  • Cleaning behind and beneath furniture, appliances, and storage areas
  • Optional services: Pressure washing, pallet and storage area sanitation, and machinery surface cleaning

Move in / Move Out & Post-Renovation Cleaning

Rates indicated are per hour per cleaner.

Move In/ Move Out

RM 30

  • Thorough cleaning of all floors, carpets, and tiles
  • Deep cleaning of kitchens including countertops, cabinets, sinks, and appliances
  • Bathroom sanitization including toilets, showers, bathtubs, tiles, and fixtures
  • Dusting and wiping of walls, doors, windows, and baseboards
  • Removal of cobwebs and cleaning of hard-to-reach areas

Post Renovation

RM 35

  • Removal of dust, paint splatters, plaster, and construction debris from all surfaces
  • Deep cleaning of floors, tiles, and grout
  • Thorough cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, cabinets, and fixtures
  • Wiping and polishing of doors, windows, walls, and high-touch areas
  • Dusting and cleaning of vents, light fixtures, and ceiling fans
  • Optional services: Pressure washing, pallet and storage area sanitation, and machinery surface cleaning

Warehouse Cleaning

Rates indicated are per hour per cleaner.

Basic Cleaning

  • Sweeping and mopping of floors
  • Removal of dust and debris from work areas and high-traffic zones
  • Cleaning of shelves, racks, and storage units
  • Trash collection and disposal
  • Surface wiping of equipment and common areas

Deep cleaning

RM 40

  • Intensive floor cleaning including scrubbing and stain removal
  • Deep dusting and cleaning of shelves, racks, walls, vents, and ceilings
  • Disinfection of high-touch areas and common spaces
  • Cleaning behind and under storage units and heavy equipment
  • Optional services: Pressure washing, pallet and storage area sanitation, and machinery surface cleaning

Grass Cutting

Rates indicated are per hour per services.

Cutting & Clearing

RM 35

 

  • Cutting grass to an even height using lawn mowers or brush cutters.
  • Trimming edges along fences, walls, pathways, drains, and hard-to-reach areas. 
  • Removing overgrown weeds within grassy areas.
  • Raking and blowing grass clippings after cutting.
  • Collecting and bagging green waste for disposal.
  • Clearing leaves, small branches, and debris around the lawn.

All prices stated are exclusive of 8% Service Tax (SST), which will be added to the total invoice. This applies to all our cleaning services, including basic cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and post-renovation cleaning.

    Terms & Conditions

    Additional hours: RM 30/hour (office) or RM 40/hour (warehouse) or RM 35/hour (grass cutting).

    Client to provide access to water and electricity.

    Payment terms: 50% deposit upon confirmation, balance after completion.

    All cleaners are trained, uniformed, and supervised by Ikhlas Al Waqiah

    Transportation included in pricing above.
